Ideally done with excellent diets, but you do not have to overdo it. Replenishing energy is something done after heavy workouts for exercise.

One more thing here is hygiene, not something vital but something to help you have overall wellness. Doing hygienic habits leads to overall maintenance of health because they clean up disease causing bacteria. The things done here help clean parts of your body, and these will ideally help in making it last, healthy and free of disease.

The body is the temple, and the mind and spirit are the inhabitants of this temple. There is also such a thing as emotional well being, and this may be even more important for you. Spirituality, a sense of balance with the divine and the universe is often a thing which promotes better perspectives, a healthier state of mind and body.

Lifestyles in this day and age are also filled with issues about developing the soul. It needs inspiration to do it, and this could lead you to being in tune with the world. But universal connection is a process requiring choice because there are many belief systems or religions that are beneficial.

The one thing you should do is keep all items integrated in your daily practice. Balance has been mentioned here, and this requires you basically managing your daily hours in pursuit of these goals, and work is a thing that supports all these. Work also has an important responsibility connected to issues involving self care.
