Womens Empowerment Coaching And Equal Rights

By Brenda Morris

When it comes to living a positive and uplifting life, there are many ways in which one can do so. While there are a number of areas with regards to womens empowerment coaching, economics is one area in which there seems to be a great deal of interest.

While this is the case, there are often a number of set-backs. For example, the current climate in Hollywood is one reason women can often find this type coaching beneficial. When a woman has been abused or misused there can often be a great deal of guilt associated with the abuse. In many cases, this style life coaching can help women overcome these feelings.

The internet and online support groups have become popular over the last several decades. As many of these groups were created by and for women, it is easier for users to connect with each other on an emotional level. Whether related to equality for LGBTQ community members, women or others, these groups have often proved beneficial. As such, there are now support groups for everything from ADHD to Zen meditation in which online users can take part.

A number of women have began using social networking sites in order to empower oneself and others. Whether setting up a campaign in relation to domestic violence, emotional abuse or physical and sexual abuse, women can speak out and voice opinions related to these and other issues. As a result, the women often find support amongst one another as well as others whom post on various blogs and forums associated with these campaigns.

In other areas, women can work for equal rights with regards to having the same rights as men. One area in which women remain less than equal to male counterparts is that of equal pay or equal work. As such, online social networking provides an opportunity for women to discuss this and other issues without being oppressed by various members of society.

While LGBTQ discrimination and racism have somewhat overshadowed discrimination of women, there have been a number of sites which have been removed from social networks which were created with the intention of spreading hatred toward women. There have also been blogs and postings which have been removed from the internet. While this is the case, there is an ongoing battle with regards to free speech from those whom are still trying to keep these sites up and running.

There are far more blogs and social networking posts which work to empower rather than degrade women. In many cases, these blogs are owned and run by professional women. Whereas, there are also others which were created by stay at home homes. In fact, blogging about life, whether a professional or home body has often proved beneficial when it comes to living a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle.

Ultimately, women have come along way when it comes to obtaining equal rights such as the right to vote and work in the positions as men. While at the same time, there is still a great deal more work yet to be done. As such, it is important that women continue to empower one another, especially when it comes to equal pay for equal work while also becoming more involved in the political sector.
