How To Make A Vegetarian Noodle Soup

There are times when people are craving for different kinds of dishes but there is stopping the, The fear of eating unhealthy foods and building up too much calorie content that will lead harm to the body on the future. People that are health conscious prefers to eat vegetables instead even if the craving within them are so strong. But the table is now turned upside down, vegetarian pho recipes have been all over the internet lately.

Pho is actually a traditional noodle dish that is originated from the country Vietnam. What makes it different from the rest of the noodles is that it is purely made up of vegetables. When making this noodle, there are no single meat that is added on it. Which makes it safe for those people that are health conscious to eat this.

This dish may take some time to be cooked but once all are settled, it is pretty much worth it to dig in. When deciding to try cooking this recipe at home, all the ingredients should be prepared first and foremost. Vegetable stock, ground ginger, cinnamon sticks, onion, garlic, anise and soy sauce are just some of its ingredient. In making the soup, these are the ingredients, rice noodle that are thin, scallions, lime, mushrooms, basil leaves and pepper.

Notice that all the ingredients are pretty harmless for the diet. There is nothing that may seem so unhealthy all over the list. To continue the process, slice all the things that needs to be sliced and wash it thoroughly.

Now, it is time to begin the cooking steps. Place all the veggie stocks, soy sauce, onion, cinnamon, ginger, anise and bay leaves in a pot. Put enough water on it and boil them on its maximum. After it had boiled, reduce the heat and cover the pot. Simmer it down for about forty five minutes. This will mix up all the flavors of the boiling ingredients.

Right after the needed time for simmering, the next thing to do is remove the solids on the soup. Make sure to keep the broth hot then set it aside for a moment and cook the noodles. Cover the noodles with boiling water for about ten minutes. Drain it afterwards and divide it into a desired serving.

Now, cook the rest of the ingredients. The tofu should be fried until all sides turn golden brown before adding it on the broth along with the mushrooms. Simmer it again for five minutes then put on top the scallions.

Now, add the soup on the served noodles. Garnish as the finishing touch would be done by serving the noodle with the wedged lime, bean sprouts and pepper. Never forget to add the basil on the side of bowl.

The nutrition facts of this dish is that its serving has only four hundred eighty three calories. This has twelve point six grams of fat and a carbohydrate of seventy seven point seven grams. Its protein content is sixteen point six grams with no cholesterol. Its full nutrition is not that bad for people that are after their regular diet. Aside from it being uniquely delicious, it does not have meat at all.
